Gift matching is a wonderful opportunity to double or even triple the amount of your gift. Your employer may match monetary contributions 1:1 or 2:1 through a corporate matching gifts program. Some companies will even match gifts made by retirees and spouses of employees.
Contact your personnel or human resources department to see if your employer supports 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and to learn more about its policy on matching gifts. If your company has a matching gifts program, please don’t forget to submit your company’s matching gifts form along with your monetary contribution.
